David Wang, Senior Scientist, Invitrogen Inc. David received his Ph.D. in molecular biology from Boston University, followed by a post-doctor training in genetics at Harvard Medical School. He has over 20 years of experience and knowledge in life sciences, and extensive supervisory and management experience in an industrial setting in the areas of high throughput cloning, RNAi, cDNA library, gene synthesis, protein expression and cell line generation.
Andreas Liese, Professor, Director and Dean, Hamburg University of Technology. Andreas got his Ph.D. in Biocatalysis from University of Bonn and Research Center J¨¹lich. Priori to the current position, he was an assistant professor at University of Bonn and head of Enzyme Group within Institute of Biotechnology II, RCJ, followed by an associate professor at University of M¨¹nster. Andreas is a contributor to over 80 patens and publications, 4 books including ¡°Industrial Biotransformations¡± and over 100 presentations.
