1.  Protein scientists and bioprocess engineers, B.S., M.S. or Ph.D.

All positions require (1) industrial experience in large-scale microbial fermentation, purification and production of industrial proteins or enzymes; (2) solid knowledge of microbiology, molecular biology and biochemistry; (3) a strong publication list.

2.  Molecular biologists, M.S. or Ph.D.

All positions require (1) excellent skills in cloning, protein expression and purification; (2) good experience in cDNA library design, protein engineering and directed evolution; (3) deep knowledge of sequence-based and metagenomics-based enzyme discovery; (4) a strong publication list.

3.  Structural biologist, Ph.D. or post doctor

The position requires (1) excellent independent research skills in bioinformatics, modeling of protein structures, docking substrates, and protein engineering; (2) good knowledge and experience of site-directed mutagenesis or directed evolution; (3) a strong publication record.

4.  Synthetic organic chemist, M.S. or Ph.D.

The position requires (1) excellent hands-on experience in organic synthesis and deep knowledge of physical organic chemistry; (2) strong hands-on experience in using routine analytical instruments such as UV-Vis, HPLC, LC-MS, NMR; (3) a good publication list.
